Caught her red-handed while trying to re-enter the house out of which she was thrown out sometime earlier (at least I think it was the same one). Must have had a rough time in the wild as she came back with only seven legs, which is clearly under-par for a self-respecting spider, but at least the eight eyes were still clearly visible and seemed to perform flawlessly. Despite their size the huntsman spiders are still amazingly fast. In Australia they are considered harmless .. meaning a bite will hurt .. a lot .. but there is no need to rush to the hospital. The variety in the frame is hairy like a Teddy bear. Have a look at the leg hairs in the drop shadow and the 'mustache' around the mouth.
